SEMACO was established in 1989 by three co-partners as a trading partnership which supplies light industry producers. The company effectively operates in the Polish market as one of the leaders in this field.

Our professional experience and capital gained throughout the years allowed us to extend our activity and to set up the new housing development company SEMACO INVEST GROUP Ltd. What?s worth noticing, there are the same share-holders in both companies. Our partnership is registered in the commercial register of District Court of Justice Kraków-Śródmieście with H/B 9124 number.

SEMACO Invest Group is rather a small company where every Customer has direct contact with the owner. Such a situation makes it possible for us to recognize your needs thoroughly and to react to your suggestions quickly. It has an influence on the process of preparing the investment in which Company?s Management participates actively, cooperating with a reliable and experienced team of architects.

Company cooperates with carefully selected construction companies, entrusting them roles of turn-key contractors. The company guarantees customer care, scrupulousness, punctuality and high quality of the performance.
