Technology

In the investments we plan to create about 40 flats (depending on customers' preferences and needs) of the area from 40 to several tens square meters. Moreover, there is a possibility of individual interior arrangements and of connecting particular flats, both in horizontal and vertical way.

The building is made in traditional technology - frame construction - where the supporting walls are filled with Max breezeblock, insulated with 10-centimeter thick Styrofoam and the partition walls consist of brick or Poroterm breezeblock.
