Technology

The buildings are made in traditional technology - frame construction - where the supporting walls are filled with Max breezeblock, insulated with 10-centimeter thick Styrofoam and the partition walls consist of brick or Poroterm breezeblock. The building is crowned with a flat roof.

Within the framework in the new, raising group of buildings we guarantee:

• PCV window's woodwork, interior and exterior door, specially for the ground floor flat anti burglar roller blinds
• interior walls and ceilings plastered with cement-calcareous solution
• sand cement screed on the floor
• connected wiring system, finished with electrical socket and change-over switch
• connected water-supply system with usable cold/hot water
• installed central heating with heaters
• mounted individual meters to all installations
• phone system, entry phone, RTV and internet.
