Zaleskiego street

 

Location

The following investment is situated in the center of Cracow in Srodmiescie quarter. Although it is situated in the close center (about 1 km from Planty park) in a view of low built-up area, pretty green area and recreation hinterland (park, swimming pool) it is at the same time an oasis of peace.

Existing street systems, both local streets (Grunwaldzka st., Kielecka st.) and throughways (Mogilska st., Brodowicza st., Prażmowskiego st.- each street with a few tram and bus lines) enables easy communication with every part of the city.

Technology

In the accomplished building exsist about 30 flats. The building is equipped with the modern lift, which connects underground parking with each of the storeys. Each flat has the balcony and all flats on the first and last storey have the big terrace with area from several to over a dozen m2 which significantly upgrade the standard of living.

The building is made in traditional technology – frame construction – where the supporting walls are filled with Max breezeblock, insulated with 10-centimeter thick Styrofoam and the partition walls consist of brick or Poroterm breezeblock. The building is crowned with a flat roof.

Central heating is supplied by city’s heat distribution network; kitchens were thought with electric cookers.
