We are a capital group established over 30 years ago (established in 1989) in Krakow. Our roots go back to the manufacturing industry, where we focused on producing high-quality and durable sewing machines. After a few years, we invested the raised capital in our first development investment and this is how it continues to this day.

Thanks to well-thought-out decisions and a long-term development strategy, today, after 30 years, we are one of the largest developers in Krakow, which has built and commissioned hundreds of apartments in harmony with the urban surroundings. After our success in the development industry, we established a real estate brokerage company (not only in our investments) and started our expansion in the tourism industry.
